Marne has lived in the Berkshire neighborhood with her family since 2010. Her husband Drew and she have four children (two 2019 college graduates, a college freshman, and a sophomore at Curtis High School). She is a Registered Nurse specializing in Population Health, process improvement and waste reduction.

My wife, Liesa and I moved to University Place in 98’ and raised our two boys here. Both are graduates of Curtis High School and went on to get their four year college degrees.
Liesa has a long standing career with the University Place school district.
I retired in 2001 after 34 years in the fire protection industry.
We our fortunate to watch our two granddaughters three days a week.
I like to keep myself busy doing construction projects, and enjoy fishing the Puget Sound in my kayak.

John and his wife Bonnie have lived in Berkshire since 2007. John worked for several small companies as general manager and treasurer, and Bonnie was an elementary school teacher. They moved to University Place to be closer to their daughter and her family in the UP area. They enjoy the beauty of the area, the wonderful neighborhood, and being close to the schools that their grandsons attend.

My wife Karen and I have lived here since 1999. We have two children, Ryan 31 and Melissa 30. Both went through the UP School District and graduated from Curtis. They both live within 1/2 mile of Berkshire. We have 5 grandchildren aging from 2 - 7. We have owned a low voltage electrical business named Ultimate Security and Sound, Inc. for about 20 years. Services include security, security cameras, fire alarm, network cabling, audio and home theater.
